Sephora is My New Feminine Obsession of Choice

I have discovered a brand-new way to express my femininity. This is something that I was never into before because my own natural scent has always been amazing. That sounds arrogant, but honestly, I am not trying to come off that way. I have always just been a natural girl with nothing additional really needed or wanted. I have always loved a soap, shower gel, bubble bath or lotion that smells exceptional. Now, I have been looking for new ways to enhance what I already have and I see nothing wrong with change.
Sephora is one of my very favorite places to shop and I have found many new products to rave over. It is one of the few stores where a person can go in and embrace all their products at once. There are things for both genders in the store, but I feel that they truly cater to women. I can find majority of my favorite feminine things in Sephora. This includes things from makeup to perfume and back to hair. If you have never been to Sephora, you truly do not know what you are missing out on.
I often shop online at www.sephora.com due to COVID-19 restrictions that were previously in place as a result of the pandemic but trust me when I say that I still never missed a beat. I will give you the highlights of my most recent purchase. I am very particular when it comes to the scents that I choose so I have decided to purchase the travel sizes first before I go in to purchase the large bottles as permanent fixtures in my new collection. This will work out well for summer vacation purposes as well due to flight restrictions.
Keep in mind that I am not listing these in any particular order. I will give a brief description directly from the Sephora website but feel free to complete any further research on your own. My recent perfume purchases are:
1. Valentino - Donna Born In Roma Eau de Parfum
The key notes are Blackcurrant, Jasmine Grandiflorum, and Bourbon Vanilla. This is described as a warm floral fragrance inspired by Roman street style and edgy haute couture. A trio of jasmine flowers and sparkling blackcurrant fuse with warm vanilla and rich woods to create a scent that captures the essence of modern femininity.
2. Carolina Herrera – Good Girl Eau de Parfum Légère
The key notes are Mandarin, Sambac Jasmine, and Sandalwood. This is described as built around the eloquent pair of Jasmine and tonka. Good Girl Eau de Parfum Légère is the creation of an Oriental Floral constructed around the DNA of Good Girl.
3. Armani Beauty - Sì Eau de Parfum
The notes are Chypre, Blackcurrant Nectar, Airy Florals, and Musky Blond Wood. This is described as a tribute to modern femininity, an irresistible combination of grace, strength, and independent spirit. A modern chypre reinvented, Sì opens with deep blackcurrant nectar that softly recedes to airy florals. A base of musky blond wood adds lightness while grounding the fragrance for a lingering, distinctive trail.
4. Givenchy - L'Interdit Eau de Parfum
The notes are Orange Blossom, Jasmine, and Patchouli. This is described as an invitation to defy convention and embrace your individuality. The perfume’s white floral bouquet is cut with wood base notes, unleashing a bold, luminous trail that is long lasting.
I absolutely recommend that you begin to stretch your mind about fragrances. The scent may smell different from person to person as it mixes with the individual chemistry that you radiate. As Father’s Day approaches in June, keep men’s fragrances in mind for your significant other. Allow him to share in the new indulgences that you discover in the world of fragrance.
